Paint shop
High-quality painting of bicycle frames represents an important part of our produce. Our employees do all the paint work in our very own paint shop. Nine specialized employees can paint up to 900 bicycle components in one shift. The paint protects all the components, while giving it its overall visual effect.
Automatic SAPP painting line, complemented by a STAUBLI 6-axis industrial robotic arm for precise liquid painting.
We offer both powder and liquid-based painting options to cater to diverse needs.
To ensure long-lasting and high-quality finishes, we apply decals under a clear coat (UCC) for added durability and aesthetic appeal.
Throughout the entire process, we maintain rigorous quality control measures, continuously monitoring each step to guarantee superior results.
