Painting
High-quality painting of bicycle frames represents an important part of our production. Our employees do all the paint work in our very own paint shop. Nine specialized employees can paint up to 900 bicycle components in one shift. The paint protects all the components while giving it its overall visual effect.
Wheel building
Wheel building is an extremely important part of production. This key process projects itself in the overall quality of bicycles, and we at MasterBike take great care in ensuring our qualified employees always monitor this process very carefully so that the wheels meet all the requirements.
Bike assembly
The proper and reliable assembly of all components is crucial. We follow strict technological assembly processes to ensure each bike is built to meet our high standards. Our skilled technicians handle everything from attaching the frame and wheels to installing the drivetrain and electronic components.
